Seafrance is a French company with a growing fleet of ships that sail from the port of Dover. Spring 2005 will see the introduction of their latest ship Berlioz currently under construction in the port of Saint-Nazaire in France. In line with the naming of the rest of their fleet after famous French artistes Berlioz is named after Hector Berlioz famous for various musicals and operas including Roméo et Juliette.

Rodin

Built in Finland at 32,000 tonnes Rodin was launched in 2001 and has a service speed of 25 knots making her the fastest ferry to operate on the Dover Calais route. She can carry up to 1,900 passengers and has capacity for 120 lorries or 700 cars.  

Nord-Pas-De-Calais

Nord Pas-de-Calais (NPC) is a freight ship that has been designed to transport lorries allowing swift loading and unloading times. She can carry up to 85 lorries and provides facilities for the associated drivers.   

Manet

Built in 1984 and originally named Champs Elysees was involved in a number of company and route changes. She returned to the Dover\Calais route as SeaFrance Manet and can accommodate 1,800 passengers, 280 cars or 50 lorries.

Cazanne

Built in Sweden in 1980 this ship was known in Dover during the 80's for its white dome on her superstructure.She can carry 1,800 passengers and 480 cars or 60 lorries. 

Renoir

Renoir was built and named Cote D'Azur in 1981, she went through a number of company changes and is now SeaFrance Manet operating on the Dover\ Calais route. She can carry 1,800 passengers 280 cars or 45 lorries
